When you buy one of 22 B&Bs in one of America’s most historic towns you know that competition is steep. The new owners of 502 South Main had a strong sense of customer service, but no identity or marketing plan.

Solution

It all started with a plan that put the customer’s experience first. Mariner placed real reviews from guests in a revolving slideshow on the website for everyone to see. All of their marketing materials have a simple elegance and relevant message. The messaging and images are real and engage prospective guests. The SEO put them at the head of the list. But best of all, Trip Advisor named 502 South Main in the top 25 Best B&Bs in America—not bad for their third year of operation!
